6 day old Chick sick

I have 6 days old chick was fine till last night, her head is on left side and goes down. I understand is wry neck , was told to give Selenium and vitamin E, but i cant find anywere how much to give her i have selenium for humans 200mg. And vitamin E for humans 180mg . Is that fine if so how much and how?

Are you in the US?

I would not give the Selenium at all. Too much Selenium can be toxic.

The vitamin E - give her 1 capsule a day.
Give her a little egg daily too.

If possible, get some B-Complex and give 1/4 tablet a day. (this is to go with the E and Egg)
