Vitamin Question Dosage

My girl has been sick not sure exactly what. Been giving her the goat dewormer for 4 days now and also Vitamin B plus citrate. Trying to start her on some Vitamin E since she is starting to stand but can’t seem to hold her balance. The kind i bought is soft gel 180mg. How do I go about giving this to her? (she was not walking for 4-5 days but is now standing and walking very little then sort of leans back, spreads wings and sits back down.) Her poop is also yellow looks like egg yolk. She has been sick for 1 week now.
