6 day old chick won't stand or walk...PLEASE HELP!

I have a chick who hatched on Tuesday. He/she has been weaker than the other 4 all along and is now separated from them since they were walking all over him. I don't think he/she has spraddled legs because they are bent, however he cannot seem to stand up or walk. Should I try the bandaid splint anyways? He eats and drinks when I help him. I feel so helpless and awful. Help!

I am not experienced with treating chicks that have leg problems but I think at this point I'd try what ever you feel like might help your little one. Have you been to the site about orthopedics for chickens?
