6 Ancona duck eggs, 6 external pips, including 2 that pipped in the wrong end, but I can see them moving. 75% humidity, lots of cheeping, especially when I talk to them. But why do they have to take so LOOOONNG?!

Seriously , though, the guy in the first pic first externally pipped last night. He hasn't made a ton of progress since then, I don't feel like. I see him working, though. He did pip toward the floor of the bator, I quickly and gently turned him. All look OK to experienced folk?

I see bills of the Littles that pipped after the first guy. His membrane looks really yellow, but he's trying. Googling old threads it looks like that means dry? Do I need to help him In any way? Being patient, but don't want him to suffer.
