6+ Fertile Gray Silkie & Frizzle Polish eggs~NY- SOLD

Eggs are seemingly well.
That monday on the 7th day.... veins!

They are due to hatch this weekend. Two seem to have nothing in them...one was completely clear with no dark anything or veins so out it went (one of the polish eggs

)
One silkie egg is hard to tell so I am leaving it alone.

One silkie and one polish egg have the oddest air cell that encompasses the fat end and travels halfway toward the middle of the egg...odd...but I've seen movement so I'm not to worried. So cross your fingers and toes for me on Monday!

Oh neat. I am glad that you got fertile eggs. Just checked my Inbox and Julie said 7 of her eggs are good.


I am thinking a mail man wasnt very careful with your eggs.
Who knows. I am just glad they are good. And will be worth your while.

Every single chick I hatched from my Polish have hatched out WC Cuckoo. And I got 2 frizzles and 1 smooth. So all of my eggs hatched!! The 1 chick I hatched the week prior. Which is the one I posted an early time....Is also a WC Crested Cuckoo and is Frizzled as well.

I am hopeing the grays turn out great for you both. Mine have nice fluffy feet. They hatch almost black but with white spots around the eyes. Cant say to much lol. They will turn out gray like thier parents. hahaha

Hope nobody asks for eggs. Because I don't have any. They stopped laying. On Strike!!! lol

today is hatch day but nothing so far.
I recandled them on Friday and two of the silkie eggs were infertile. The rest are chick filled with large (and one has a HUGE oddly shaped) air cells.
Hopefully we'll have chicks by tomorrow.

Hi Lisa,
I hope you get babies today..
The odd shaped air cell is caused from the pressure changes in flight.
Some time it acually breaks the air cell and the egg will not develope.
The odd shaped ones can hatch..

We have a chick! The other egg is making noise but not pipping.
This one is a polish..very cute with a pom pom on it's head.

I got a message from Julie and hers should be hatching in a few days.

How many more eggs should be hatching Lisa??
I am hopeing the others hatch for you. Funny..every hatch is so exciting hahaha

We have one and that is it. All the rest are dead ... the 1 that was peeping died this afternoon....no idea why. I feel bad like I should have helped it this morning when I heard it still peeping softly in the egg.... but I didn't. The other 3 eggs just didn't make it at all.

Oh well... we have one! I'm calling him $21! lol!!

My Other ones are doing great and are growing like weeds.
