6 + Fertile Black Penedesenca Hatching Eggs, fertility has been checked,
I have (1) Breeding Black Penedesenca Rooster breeding in two breeding pens.
Pen # 1) consist of two Pure Black, 2yr old Penedesenca hens.
Pen #2) consist of 3 breeding Penedesenca pullets, (2) are Pure black Penedesenca Pullets, (1) pullet out of the three is 25% Partridge / 75% Black , she looks almost pure black except for the red tint in her hackles. We bought hatching eggs in the past and noticed she came out with tints of red. The Person we got the eggs from was not honest about their Penedesenca back grounds.
We were going to use her for new blood, but after finding out what color chicks she produced/ In her chicks we get some partridge coloring(Brown Red) . we decided to cull her and her chicks off soon.
So there is a chance you might Hatch a few brown reds. About less than 20% of the eggs should hatch,/ carry the partridge gene.
We will be sure to include as many Extra eggs available, so you hatch a higher percentage of Blacks.
I would separate the one Split pullet, but we feel somewhat bad leaving her alone. Her eggs are some of the darkest eggs in the coop.
She's a good layer that's the only reason we've kept her.
We are collecting about 1-5 eggs a day, Our girls egg production is fluctuating, due to our crazy TX Weather.
You May Receive anywhere from 1-5 extra eggs, It just depends how the girls are laying for us.
I will send only the freshest, and darkest eggs available,
Were experiencing a few cool fronts,cloudy skies and rain at the moment.
Fertility Is ONLY a guarantee for pick a pick up order, We are located in SA, TX.
Not Shipped Egg Orders.
I Wrap each egg in bubble wrap, they are then carefully placed in an egg carton, we use alot of shredded news paper. We also usually put them in 2 boxes.
So that there are no accidents at the post office or during the shipping.
Our shipping and feed back is currently 100%.
However I cannot guarantee anything, as most of you know, once the eggs have left the sellers home,
There is nothing we can do to control the out come of the shipping.
We ship by priority Mail, and use delivery confirmation, so we can keep track of your shipment.
Egg color ranges From level 3 - 6 and 7 on the Marans Egg Color chart.
I will try to send the darkest eggs possible.
None of the Eggs sent will be over 3 days old, Only the freshest eggs will be sent.
