6 Frizzle Tolbunt / Goldlace Polish eggs

Is your GL Roo a Cockerel ? OR a Cock Bird ?

if he is a Cockerel then the white should not be in the crest, If he is a cock bird 1 yr or older then the white in the crest is okay.

It is not okay for white to be in the tail though.

Geisha guys ! Give her a break! She is lucky enough to have some of the very very few tolblunts around and is willing to help spread them. And from the looks of the bids,a lot of peope want them! Besides she is working with a rare combination of frizzle and multi colors so I doubt the few white feathers in the cockerel/cock will make a difference that you will be able to point to and say"ah hah" that happened because of the roo! No one is forcing you to bid on her eggs or like her birds!

And, since it looks like I got the eggs, thank you Okla-doodle-doo.

I have wanted a tolbunt ever since I got into the polish and have never been able to find any around our area.

No one is putting down the flock, we're just wanting to know about what we see. Some of us are looking to get some good birds to improve our own Tolbunts, too.

I do think it should be a note though to buyers that the offspring they'll hatch will not look like Tolbunts, at least 50% chance of them will be normal laced birds. Good luck though and congrats to goatsoap!!

I have access to a friend's SQ GL polish hens and roos, as well my current experimenting with frizzled cochins and polish in my incubator now. Polish w/frizzled gene will make me quite happy - but the possibility of Tolbunts is just icing on the cake! Will let you know how it works out.

Thanks
