If there's no issue like EYP and it's a genetics I will care her 5X and give her some 2X multivitamins daily

Multivitamins helps alot for chickens
If u can search some multivitamin that also contain all vitamins & Amino Acids will help her alot ..maybe she will start able to balance her

I've got her on a multi vitamin now. I'm just giving small doses for now, and I will be adjusting it as needed. She's started trilling back when I talk to her again, and appears to have at least mostly recovered from whatever this last lapse was. Thank you everyone for your input.

UPDATE -
It appears that the leg bothering her is actually shorter. I'm working on developing a boot, after various stretches have failed to help. She's growing, and is quite happy, though her mobility is still not the best.
