6 month old Production Red hen is pooping brown.

I'm brand new at this. My hen is not yet laying and has started pooping brown, semi-solid poo with no white at all. She is fed laying mash, scratch, and free ranging in the yard. Her sister is not showing any problems. They refuse table scraps so far but will eat grass. I have raised them from hatchlings. We are in Central Texas. Our weather has been dry and mild. Advice please?

Every 8 or so poops will have brown. Some light brown. Nothing to be worried about if its not foamy, red, or wormy.

I've just noticed it in the last 2 to 3 days. I have to clarify something else, I think it is only one of them. I could be wrong, it might be both. I've cleaned up their water and feed dishes with soap, water, and bleach; just in case. It doesn't have any worms or coloration to it. Thanks for the response.
