I agree that appears to be a pretty little pullet if age is correct. My boy has much bigger waddles and his hair do is longer. The girls look like they have a short do in comparison, the boys are more shoulder length.

But a pic of the tail could help confirm. Also at that age for females you might hear them making a "squawk awk awk" type sound as they walk around.
