6 month pullet was fine in the morning, swollen face in the evening

Poor thing looks like a chipmunk. She was perfectly fine this morning, no nasal discharge, no sign of illness, and has been eating and pooping like a champ. Well, I called home tonight during my break and my sister told me the pullet's face is really swollen in both sides, right under the eyes. She looks like a chimpmunk

. I get the feeling she was stung by something, but it's been a few hours since her face got like that, so I'm hoping it won't get worse during the night.

Is there anything I can do to help her recover? Can I give her some aspirin dissolved in water to help with the possible pain she's feeling?
