Are you wondering if these are hens or roosters?

At 6 months old we would need to see full body profiles to see the back and the tail for saddle feathers or sickles.

Just the head shots is not enough as hens at 6 months will have combs and wattles that are red. I'm not seeing spiky hackles or really large combs/wattles... except for possibly the bottom white bird that might have some hackles showing...but it is not enough to tell you for certain without seeing their full bodies.
