I had to order a ton of hatching eggs in order to get the very few that I wanted.
If anyone is near Independence, MO and would like 6 Swedish Flower Hen hatching eggs (Greenfire Farms lines) and 10 miscellaneous Large Fowl purebred hatching eggs (Gabbard Farms) please let me know.
EGGS WILL ARRIVE On OCT 3rd or 4th. so new homes have to be found soon.
Requirements:
MUST be a long time member with at least 6 board member references (I'm new here and i don't want an axe murderer in our house)
MUST be willing to drive to Independence to pick them up.
...that's all.
IF you're interested in the breeds, but you're not interested in hatching them - then I will still have day old chicks from these (how many i don't know yet) that WILL be available for people for FREE also...all I ask is that you either drive to pick them up or you pay for the shipping, since I'm giving them away for free I really don't want to spend money driving anywhere or on postage.
It's a win-win situation for everyone involved.

The other eggs can be ANYthing out of Gabbard Farm's Large Fowl breeds - from extra rare to mundane breeds...there is no guarantee, but the eggs will be stamped with the breed that is inside them.
I would suggest visiting Gabbard Farms site and see what they have on their farm...because that is what would be here. Two each of 12 breeds selected by the Farm.
Disclaimer: If there are Gold Lakenvelders in the bunch i would be keeping it as pullet...giving away if cockerel.
