Thanks! So my next question is, is the crested roo one of the dominant roos? LOL! I'm trying to weigh my chances of getting crested chicks.

The crested roo is one of the dominant roos. I have actually watched one of our crested hens mate by three different roos in a 5 minute span...lol...All of our birds are kept together to order to keep the diversity. So chances are that there will be crested chicks as well.

Actually I know some breeders store eating eggs upside down so people that buy them have a harder time hatching.....
