Hello,

Hoping someone can tell me if these six week old chicks are Roo's or Pullets? The Buff Orpington sit on my lap and is super friendly. Not at all like my other chicks.

The orp is a cockerel and he's not being friendly, start smacking him off if you intend to keep him. A bit early on the ee bit leaning cockerel
What? Smacking him off? Why? I have two cocks nine weeks old almost ten and they and their sister have always been cuddly and sweet sitting in my lap and cuddling under my arm why would you smack them?

If you’ve ever had an agressive rooster, smacking is the least of your issues lol.

Ive handled my cockerels since birth and none shown aggressive behaviour smacking them will make for a skittish bird.
Both your chicks are cockerels though
