They're not pure Ameraucana, they're not a recognized color, and the combs aren't correct pea combs. I can't see leg color, but those first two already say Easter egger.
Wow, you guys are so helpful! BYC is always such a great resource! I hadn't realized that it wasn't too soon to sex these 2, so thanks for the heads up on our cockerel! In fact, my daughter just came from the garage the day I read your messages to say that "one of the chickies was crowing!" Thought it was too soon for that, too. He may be older than we think.
We've only had chickens for 11 mos, and these are our 1st EEs. We bought them from someone in Clayton, NC, who said they're Ameraucanas... I thought the comb didn't look like a pea comb probably should, and wasn't able to pull up the feathering color/patterns anywhere. Now, it makes sense!
