Is chick malpositioned? 30 hours since pip.

First time hatch! After making almost zero progress for 24 hours I decided to assist a little. Carefully chipped away at the shell around where she pipped, which happened to be close to the air cell, but not in it. I just chipped a teeny bit more and added some veg oil to keep the membrane moist. I think I can see her beak, but it seems to be under part of her, so she may be struggling to get to the shell? Should I do anything else? Or just wait and see? (I looked through the suggested post here on assisted hatches).

Here’s another video. What body part are we looking at? It almost looks like the top of his head, but I see something white underneath that I thought was the beak.
