I have a window looking directly at my chickens as well but our dense is probably only 4ft and I’ve seen cats scale walls taller than 8ft so... How big would you say a chicken needs to get before a cat won’t try to mess with it? The cat is probably only a foot and a couple inches long (not counting tail). Also it’s going to get up to 100 degrees today (it’s about 95 now) and she isn’t panting like the others are.Your bird could have internal injuries, she does look ill.
Did you try the gatorade or sugar water?
I just let mine out and they are almost 3 months old but they are with my older chickens and a goose and they are in a 5ft high fenced yard where there are no cats, and my window is open so I can watch them. They are right outside my window, so it depends on your situation , really.
