6 week old chick acts injured keeps backing up puts it head under body.
Anybody have any ideas? May be blind?

I believe that is called Wry neck. Which is caused by a vitamin deficiency in the chick's body. I think if you give the chick some vitamins (without iron), then everything will go back to normal.
