6 week old chick lethargic

I noticed her fulffed up yesterday and looking like a marshmellow with a beak and she did not run away as quick as usual and today she didnt at all, I picked her up and she had a nasty butt however it was all below the vent and not blocking it. I took her to the sink and cleaned her bottom and set her on the counter where she really didnt want to drink anything, and her feet kept curling up under her rather then staying flat like she usually did. While on the counter she pooped and it was thin and watery.

This is my first time raising chickens and can use as much help as possible.

I put her in a basket, with clean bedding and she is currently asleep next to me and occassionally looking at me and peeping barely. I filled a shot glass with water and another with food incase she decides to partake.

Sounds like Coccidiosis. Some symptoms are runny/watery poop,may or may not contain blood,fluffed feathers,lethargic. Purchase Corid(amprolium) Dosage for Corid powder is 1/2 tsp per gallon of water, Dosage for Corid liquid is 2 tsp per gallon of water. Treat all chicks for 5 days,do not give vitamins during treatment(interferes with medication)give vitamins after treatment. Make sure medicated water,is the only water chicks drink. Coccidiosis can kill very fast.

I vaccinated for Coccidiosis when I purchased them from the hatchery. I went and double checked. Should I still medicate for it? If so I will pick some meds up when I go shopping in the morning.

Are they on medicated or non-medicated feed? If on medicated,the vaccine becomes null. My understanding is that yes,it is possible for chicks to still contract coccidiosis,but i would check with a vet to confirm this.

I know their current feed is unmedicated, I am unsure about what I fed them originally. So I guess I will go grab some meds tomorrow. I hope she survives that long.
