6-Week-old Chick- One Leg not working?

Update: started vitamin B-2 however, it seems like more of one side of her body is paralyzed and doesn't look like her left eye can open (it's closed). This is kind of looking more like mareks than a deficiency.

Is it possible for her to come back from this? I know many chicks survive, but I wasn't sure what severity they can survive.
