They are so cute.
You may want to try putting them in slings to see if that will help keep them upright and strengthen their legs. They need to be monitored while in the slings.
You can also try massaging the legs to see if that will stimulate them as well.
I would also like to call in @rebrascora and @Nambroth to take a look at your videos to see what their thoughts are.
Try to keep them hydrated, eating their chick starter and offer them poultry vitamins.
