6 week old EE

I just have to be sure because she/he is growing on me. Right now she’s separate from the flock because she was getting pecked pretty badly. Is she a pullet or cockerel?

It looks like a pullet but the feathered shanks make me think she's not an EE. She appears to be rumpless also.
 
Rumpless means no tail, and she doesn't appear to have tail feathers. Did her tail feathers get picked out? Only a few breeds are rumpless, like true Araucanas. Someone correct me if I'm wrong!

Unfortunately she is getting picked on and this is what are left of the tail feathers. Others said that light feather colors get picked on vs darker? Sorry she is actually a green egger. Came from a Cochin frizzle rooster to an Easter egger

Oh! That's an interesting combination! Don't worry, feathers grow back!
