6 Week Old Lavender Araucana's

Hey All,

Hoping for some other educated guesses as to what gender these 5 could be? I know the breed is hard to sex and at 6 weeks would be hard to say but just wondering if anyone can notice anything that screams rooster/pullet.

I'm from Australia which is why they've got tails, i've tried reading about everything I could about sexing them but no idea if i'm seeing the correct signs or not

You got some gorgeous birds there! And you’re right it’s way too early. I would hate to even hazard a guess at this point. The lavender colored birds tend to have pinker combs in general. Pea combs are also notoriously difficult! I would recommend re-posting when they are about 12 weeks old if you are still uncertain. That is when they will start to develop gender specific feathering, saddles at the base of the tails . This actually happens even later for this breed as far as I know. Good luck with them they are all stunning!
