6 week old leghorn - what sex?

I have a feeling it's a pullet... it's making pock-pock sort of sounds sometimes. Nothing resembling the cockadoodledoo. The comb isn't very big or red either. I'm totally new to this though. It's probably too early to make any deduction based on the noises. It's still squeaking like a chick for the most part.

Definitely a cockerel. He won't start crowing until he is a little older, around maybe 3-4 months old. For 6 weeks old, that's a pretty colorful comb. Usually pullets have a very small and yellow comb at that age. My cockerels had a similar looking comb when they were around yours age.

I agree it's most likely a cockerel. I'm not sure what breed, but it doesn't really look like a Leghorn
