6 week old polish chick can’t see and is being pecked!! Help!

I have had to ask shipped ebay egg potlucks to not include polish chickens. My hens always beat them up.

With my 2 polish hens who would get their feathers pulled out , I would spray their heads with BluKote, a blue dying antiseptic containing gentian violet, when it first started happening. Repeat every 2 days. Get another pair of hands to hold her while you trim her feathers around eyes, like bangs. Or try a small rubber band to pull the feathers up.
