6 week old RP displaying and "gobbling." Tom or do all poults do it?

My 6 1/2 week old RP poult has been displaying and I just dropped something and it "gobbled" in response to the noise. Do all poults do this, or is it a sign that it might be a tom?

Uumm I might be crazy for saying this but I had a hen that gobbled and had a beard, the only way we found out it was a hen was she laid an egg. and just to make sure someone does say that some other turkey laid the egg. She was the only egg laying animal we had and she was raise in the house and laid the egg in my mom's bed.
