6 Week Old Sneezing, Seems Ok Otherwise, Cold or?

One of my 2 6 week old young pulletts sneezes on occasion, and kind of "sprayed" me last night when she was hanging out near my shoulder. Nose area looks a little swollen, she happy and fine otherwise, very alert, eating, etc. Shouold I be concerned? Meds or? They are inside during our work day, huge box, with pine shavings, outside in a tracotr, late afternoons and weekends.
