I dont know but its a BAD Welsummer Cockeral, thats for sure! He is too light feathered which the breast should be black and a little brown mottles here and there but not solid brown chest. If I were you, I would take him to the supper table when he is fatten up for meat purposes. It is possible he would have been a crossbred one, maybe to a NH parent.
