Six weeks and 2 days.
Any guesses? They are suppose to be pullets.
Do the different markings mean anything?

Beautiful birds! I raised 6 Silver Laced until they were old enough to patrol our co-op garden. We had no hoppers and now have 6 lovely, hearty birds!

You know i didn't notice the comb difference until I was posting the pics. I thought all wyandots had rose combs. They are hatchery stock though. Is there a relationship between comb type and sex?

No, no relationship between comb types and sex. It's just a hatchery stock defect -- my SLW hen has a single comb.

I can't see anything that screams roo yet, so I'm thinking both are pullets.

They are supposed to have rose combs, but single combs do crop up once in awhile, even in the best stock
