We're looking at comb and wattle development. See the difference of comb and wattle size and redness between the two?

Definitely! And is that always a certainty at this age? I’ve only ever had hens so this will be an adventure!

Depends on breed, and the individual. But for Buff Orpingtons, at this age you can usually be sure who are pullets and who are cockerels.
