6 weeks old and barely any feathers

We got 5 baby chicks 6 weeks ago, all different breeds. This gal (Australorp) still has almost no feathers while all the others have most of their adult feathers coming in. She's not being picked on/bullied and seems otherwise healthy. She's getting bigger, just no real feathers coming in. We're preparing to move everyone outside and I don't want to move her without the ability to regulate temperature. Has anyone else dealt with this before? Any tips/advice?

That’s quite odd! What are you feeding them? Sometimes chicks take their time and other times it’s a weird genetic fluke.

They're getting Cluck n Co starter crumbles. She's not getting anything different from the rest. So weird!
