6 weeks old Chinese gosling gender

Hi

Can anyone tell gender of my 6 weeks old Chinese gosling? Or do I need to wait till it is fully matured?

I'm not too familiar with this breed. I'm gonna guess male by the neck length, but without any others to compare it to it's just a guess on my part.

I have read that experience geese breeders could tell the gender of a Chinese gosling roughly at 6 weeks of age based on knob development and plumage.

I have tried to check the gender when it was roughly one week old but regrettably there was to much fluff...

Looks like were just getting rid of our downy fluff. I cant tell you the sex but what nice quality. My guess is it didnt come from a hatchery.

Indeed it did not.
I hatched it in the incubator.

Well the goose matured a bit.
I wonder if anyone can have another guess as I am still not sure what he / she is.
