Lockdown is like setting for the hatch a long...It can be earlier or later. Sometimes I have waited until I see the first pip.

Okay. Seriously? Where have you been all the years I've been here? I've locked down at day 18 the last couple hatches thinking, "okaayyyy but they really don't look ready for lockdownnnn..."

And those hatches. Were. Pitiful.

Oh man, I googled that egg white thing. It was what I suspected they were suggesting. Sounds a bit well gross. But might be worth a try and I definitely have plenty of eggs.

Hey.. Desperate times & all..

Honestly I don't think I could ever bring myself to try that (erm- salmonella, anyone??).. I'll stick to the microbe-free stuff.
