10x12' run with a coop. Will this be enough space for daily activity?

Run's good...coop's too small.
I thought about this, and a section of the run will be covered, so if it is raining they aren't stuck inside all together. The coop is also on casters, so they can get under it too if they want. It'll also have 2 roosting bars at 36" each. From my math and everything I have read online it's enough roosting space and they will have 2 nesting boxes as well. All openings to the coop have hardware cloth nailed in, so at night, nothing is busting in.

Also am not totally sure I'm keeping all 7 birds as 4 of them are straight runs. So I could still have some roos and I can't keep them with our zoning if they are.

Maybe it's the photo but what's the clearance of the space underneath the coop? You'd need maybe around 12" clearance for standard size adult chickens to fit under there, unless they were doing a lot of ducking down.

Other thing to consider is that more birds = more ventilation. I don't know what your climate is like but the general recommendation on here is 1 sq ft of ventilation in moderate climates per bird, open 24/7. I see 1 window in front but are there more vents that aren't visible?

Yes, the entire front and back end under the roof is open, and shut off with hardware cloth. (These images were prior to moving it). Even if they couldnt get under it, the back 6ft of the run will be covered. Once the run is finished ill be adding additional roosting bars and things for them(a bug board, toys, roosting bars ect).

In the summers it can get pretty warm during the day but our evenings/nights get pretty cool. Where the coop is, they will maybe get 6hrs direct sun, and even then the bulk of their day will be shaded. Winters are mild, if we do get snow it doesnt ever stick. We are located in central VA.
