Is that because of the way her comb is developing?

Yes, comb and wattles are pinking up. Give it a few more weeks, you will know better by then.

Red one looks like a cockerel since his comb and wattle is bright red. Black and gray ones look like pullets.

They look like pullets so far. The red one is a cinnamon queen, a wyandotte x RIR red sex link cross. The black and brown one is a barnevelder.

I think similarly to everyone else - pullets at this point, but watch the wyandotte cross. Wyandotte pullets can pink up really early too, so I wouldn't be alarmed yet by the colouration. You'll know soon enough.

update, now at eleven weeks the cinnamon queens comb and wattles are less bright and no crowing to date(except from my neighbors cockrell they thought was a pullet...lol). All healthy and happy
