I also would love for my little yellow EE to look like them! I'd love to see them when they were younger.
On the subject, though, I believe them both to be pullets.

Gorgeous gorgeous girls! Just wait till they get older. Their colors will only get more striking! I have one that looked to be mostly that orangey color with brown sort of lacing, not sure what it's called. She only had a little gray on her, but now she has a lot more. Yours already have a lot of light gray, they're going to be extremely beautiful when they're full-grown!
