7 Week Old Being Pecked, Molting, Missing Feathers?

I have 2 Amber Whites pullets, the same age, and I noticed 1 seems to have missing feathers. Does this look like a mini molt, being pecked at or? She's seems perfectly healthy otherwise, no wounds, etc. The other one is fine-

Sure looks like molting to me! My 10-week Black Australorp young ladies just went through their first one. It scared me to death at first!! Then the proverbial "lightbulb" turned on and I realized they were molting....good grief..feathers everywhere!!

Thanks, I thought maybe, but I've never seen this in a chick this young....
