7 Week Old Black Copper Maran Copper Feathers - Hen or Roo?

Hello, everyone! I wanted to pop in with some updated photos of Kipper and see what everyone thinks - is Kipper a hen or roo? We’ve noticed some pretty copper coming in on her neck, and today we noticed these speckles at the end of her wing feathers, but only at the end of the feathers. Nowhere else. Thank you for your opinions and help!

Those hackles look pretty rooster-like to me, but her waddles are barely there. It's hard to tell, but I'm leaning towards hen because of the size of those waddles. What age/breed is she?

I would say pullet! I also have a 7 week old BCM and this is what she looks like!

Looks like a pullet to me!
She's gorgeous!
