7 week old salmon flavoral just laying alone and been puffed up for a week. Can’t tell if she’s eating or drinking much but definitely isolating herself. I’m going to try D.E. in their food incase if possible worm or parasite.

Is there blood in there poop? It may be Coccidiosis? Then you would need Corid. But im not sure? Was she being bullied? I hope others can be more of a help

D.E is completely useless for internal parasites as it doesn't work when it's wet, it is also unsafe you and them to breathe.
What are all of the symptoms?
What's their diet?
Have you checked its crop?
I'd reat for Coccidosis if you don't find anything.

Got it,

Crops not full, started with medicated chic crumbles and stopped 4 weeks ago. We started treating for Coccidiosis on Sunday. 1/2 teaspoon per gallon. Is this a good start?

Re-check that crop to make sure it's emptying.

Give the correct dose of Corid to all the chicks. Photos of the poop would be good too.

Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.
