7 week old chicken limping

My 7 week old chicken started limping 2 days ago, it's not worse but it's also not better. She can't put much weight on it. It's her right leg and she may have injured it when being chased by my older chicken or when jumping off a perch. Any suggestions?
She's currently enclosed in a chick-run we have inside the larger coop/pen so she's not spending a lot of time being active.

check to see if she has a bruise on the pad of the foot?
if so she has bumble foot and you need to try and do this for her

see if the foot pad is hard or soft
she can have a antibiotic like Lincomycin
for 5-7 days to help the body heal the abrasion to the pad

never mind. I saw her get caught up in the metal feeder I was using (a long oval one with a metal plate that is detachable) and that's definitely how she strained her foot. If only they could take advil.
