7 week old cross beak

Here is my 7 week old with a cross beak. I’m wondering if this is a severe case considering how young she is and how best to care for her at this stage to encourage self reliance. She is smaller than the rest but seems to be hanging in there okay.

Doesn’t look too severe to me. I’ve seen much worse. You may want to look into options about keeping it filed down to help her, but from what I see in the pics, I think she will do just fine.
