7 week old gender?

Red is definitely a cockerel. The silver/white is probably a pullet, but not definitely. Both have 5 toes, but no beards or crests, and clean legs. So I think they are very mixed breeds probably with Silkie or Faverolles somewhere back in the gene pool to provide for the extra toes.
I was wondering where the extra toe came from. A week or so after birth, I also noticed a few tiny feathers on the legs.

Which chick hatched out of the blue egg? That, I don’t know. I wasn’t around when they hatched. It happened a day earlier than I expected. :/ Was assuming the white since she has the darker legs?
Why does she think the white roo is the dad? Was wondering this also since it appears she had at least another one in the flock.
Does the white roo have extra toes? Can’t answer this either. I’m real helpful, huh? Lol.

Sure can! View attachment 1495936 View attachment 1495937 View attachment 1495938 View attachment 1495939 View attachment 1495940 The roo circled is the dad, she thinks...no telling who mama is. The one that looks like a Welsummer with the greenish legs is who popped out the blue eggs.

I can tell you the breeds of your friend's flock, but I'm still not sure who the parents of the chicks are. It really depends on whether the white rooster has extra toes or not.
Breeds of your friend's flock:

Red with black tail rooster- probably a rhode island red (not sure since I can't see his face)
Red with blue tail rooster- rhode island red mix
White rooster- faverolle mix
Brown and white hen with beard- faverolle
All white hens- leghorns
Black hen with white face- white faced black spanish
Brown hen with pea comb- easter egger
Lighter red hen- production red
Darker red hen- rhode island red

Thank you for identifying. I had figured out the Spanish and assumed on the Faverolle hen (thanks Google!) but didn’t even attempt with the others. I hope to find out how many toes the rooster has.
