Pullet or cockerel? Right now she/he fights for dominance with the other one, who I'm sure is a pullet.... does that mean they are the same gender?

X 2At this age gender really does not matter for sparring/dominance scuffles. If those are hatchery sex links, they're both pullets. Pullets are red, roos are white/silver. That's the point of sex links![]()

I'm very new to raising chickens and I certainly am no expert on breeds or sexing, but your chickens look EXACTLY like my two red-sex link pullets.thanks for all the replies. so relieved it's a pulletAlso I'm pretty sure they're not red sex links, just because I got them from a straight run, unknown breed(s) batch that did not contain white chicks: only black and yellow.
