I've got six, seven week old chicks. 5 of them look great, mostly all feathered and growing well. One of them has feathers that look all ratty and uneven, and the neck is mostly bald. She is also smaller than the rest. Her skin looks a little dry and dandruffy. She is active and eats well. She is supposedly a golden sexlink but looks way different that the other golden sexlink I got. Could she be a different breed or is something wrong with her? This is my first time with chickens :). Thanks!

. Thanks!

Do you have a photo of her .....

Not all chicks mature at the same rate and this is normal .....

Perhaps offer another food station?
Have you thought about fermenting your feed? It helps every bite count more than just dry :)
There is a lot of information here on BYC about it. Simple, water + food stir occasionally, within 3 days, it will start to ferment. You can start feeding the mixture before it is "mature". Even soaked for 24 hours greatly increases the nutrient absorption.
