Okay, first off, these chicks will be 5 weeks old as of Wednesday. They went outside to the coop on Wednesday and are doing great.
Here is the issue. One of the Golden Comets got hurt. I saw blood right above some of her tail feathers. When I looked, she was not happy at all, but I saw an area of about the size of a garbozo bean that looked like stems of feathers that had fresh blood all over that area. Now, when I am talking about the blood, it is not a ton, but it is obvious and bright red, so it is fresh.

What is happening now is that others are pecking at her. Do I put her back in the brooder by herself or put medicine on the area? If you look at the pic with the arrow it is right above the tail feathers covered by her flight feathers

I do not know what to do. Please help, she is our littlest one.

I’d separate her so the others don’t peck at the wound
