Could tell better with full body pics. But looks like a pullet. I have two and she looks like them

Hmmmm. Here is one of mine to compare. Jewel is right at the front in the middle of this picture. She is about 6 weeks old in this pic.

I’d say pullet with a comb that small and the tail feathers. But... I’m no expert. I’d love an update!
