7 week old sick pullets???

With their behavior and their poop looking like that I would treat this as coccidiosis and give them the Corid. You certainly don't have anything to loose and if that's what's going on you may very well save these chicks.

ABeautifulLife, that really looks like classic coccidiosis, and your 2 chickens have the symptoms. You really must treat them right away. If they are not drinking, you must get the liquid into them with a syringe. It's possible that these 2 either didn't get the vaccine, or the vaccine was not successful. Then watch the others closely for any puffing or huddled positioning.
Edited for spelling.

Thanks for the replies everyone. They have been under heat for 24 hours. I just got the Corid set up for them along with vitamin B1 free food in hopes that they will eat it when they are ready. Will update you guys with more information soon (hopefully good news!)

Do you have Corid? If you have the liquid you could give them a drop or two in addition to their medicated water. You could also mix medicated water with their crumbles and see if they'll eat that. If you don't have the liquid, you could mix 1/2 teaspoon powder with 10ml water and give several drops of that.
