7 week old SL Wyandotte sick / strange issue

I've isolated this pullet because she was puffed up a few days ago and lethargic. She seemed to drift in and out of that, but now since being in isolation has started exhibiting strange posture (raised rear end) as well as labored breathing. She is not eating, and I've been giving nutrients through liquid. Anyone have any advice to what is going on? Her crop has been empty for a couple days, and she is eating minimally. Stool seems small, but fine.

Can you get some photos of her poop and of her outside?

Check to make sure her crop is emptying overnight. See that she's drinking well and eating her chick starter. Look her over for lice/mites.

She's 7 weeks old?

Have you treated for Coccidiosis?
Could she be too hot in the area that you have separated her to? She may need more space and some shade.

She is eating very little. Her crop is almost always empty, and I have been offering fluids to help her. Here’s a few more pics. After further investigating, stool looks stringy.

No mites and the temp is fine.

I'd consider treating her for Coccidiosis.

Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.
