7 week old white polish

im not sure what gender this chicken is. the feathers on the top of the head are all rounded. and there is no curved tail feather. but the waddles are red

I can't tell for sure. The crest is telling me hen but the red wattles say roo... even my white polish roo doesn't have very red wattles and he's a year old. With yours being so young with red wattles it kinds leans towards roo. Give it another couple weeks to be sure
 
I think it's a cockerel despite the rounded crest because of the big, red wattles and thick legs. The pointed crest feathers for males don't usually show up until a bit later, so crests can be deceiving at that age.
 
Like others have said, the crest is just screaming hen but then the red wattles shout rooster. Like I said before, pullets don't have that much red until they are sexually mature (6 months). Especially with polish, the hens have very small if any visible wattles or comb.

For now I'd say rooster, but could you get a closer, clearer photo of their saddle feathers?
